Thanks to our unique technology, the Vario lenses with Blue or Red Mirror tint look striking at every stage of activation. Even in their brightest state (15% tint), the optical front clip behind remains barely visible – a subtle mirror effect is always present.

The flagship models of the Vario portfolio are the Red Mirror and Blue Mirror versions of the AERO lenses. Red Mirror lenses feature a grey base tint, while Blue Mirror lenses offer a subtle grey-brown contrast filter. You can tell the difference: in their unactivated state, VARIO Red Mirror appears slightly bluish, whereas VARIO Blue Mirror takes on a reddish contrast tone.

SIOLS TIP:
The Blue Mirror lens, even when fully darkened (75%), still provides excellent contrast vision. This is especially valuable in shaded areas and when cycling at varying speeds.
